August 1, 2026 – The public review period for the Draft PEL (Planning and Environmental Linkages Study) for the Route 352 and U.S. 1 Roadway Improvements Project was held from June 15, 2026, to July 31, 2026. All comments received or postmarked before July 31, 2026, along with responses to these comments, will be included as part of the final PEL Study.  The PennDOT team will continue to review and respond to comments after July 31st. These will be included in the overall project record but will not be documented in the final PEL Study.
